Location : Dang Wangi (5 minutes walk from LRT Bandaraya, Sogo)

Preferably candidate with age range 28 to 42 years old.
Possess Bachelor or Diploma in any related field, would be an added advantage for candidate to come from Finance, Accounting or Investment Analysis field.
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government agencies on behalf of the Director
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items from meetings
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks delegated by the Director
Support in event planning, corporate functions, and official engagements
An added advantage for candidate with experience in performing/involvement in basic or general accounting/reporting/cash flow analysis.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
An added advantage for candidate to come from Finance, Accounting or Investment analysis field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a group or corporate environment
Excellent of command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion, Integrity, and professionalism
Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
