Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars effectively, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop effective solutions.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in arranging travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Non-Executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring the Non-Executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient travel itineraries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents, exercising discretion and upholding ethical standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to create professional and accurate materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record keeping, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval of information.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to meet the evolving needs of the Non-Executive.
