Job Description

1. Administrative & Office Support



Manage daily calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence in fluent, professional English. Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) to ensure easy retrieval of information. Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the employer when needed.

2. Communication & Liaison



Act as the primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external parties. Draft, review, and translate messages, letters, and emails in clear and accurate English. Handle phone calls professionally, take messages, and follow up promptly. Communicate instructions from the employer to staff or clients effectively.

3. Scheduling & Coordination



Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Ensure the employer is well-prepared for all engagements.

4. Task & Project Management



Assist in planning, tracking, and executing small projects or assignments. Conduct research and compile information as required by the employer. Handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

5. Personal Errands & Lifestyle Support



Assist with personal tasks such as booking medical appointments, reservations, or personal travel. Manage household-related arrangements when assigned (e.g., deliveries, maintenance scheduling). Run errands or coordinate with vendors as needed.

6. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare weekly updates, activity summaries, or task progress reports. Maintain accurate records of expenses, reimbursements, and documents.

7. Professionalism & Work Ethics



Demonstrate excellent English communication skills in speech and writing. Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask under pressure. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

8. Accounting & Financial Support



Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice preparation, and payment tracking. Handle petty cash, reimbursement claims, and expense recording. Prepare simple financial summaries, statements, or monthly expense reports. Liaise with accountants or finance departments for audits, tax documents, and financial submissions. Ensure accurate and timely filing of financial documents and receipts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
