Job Requirements:
Seeking a Personal Assistant for a Company Director
Knowledge of Business Administration
Self-starter with initiative and a 'get it done' attitude
Able to work independently
Handling confidential information professionally and discreetly.
Job Scopes:
Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Managing projects or specific assignments as delegated by the director.
Coordinating, organizing & preparing documents including statutory declarations and submissions, reports, and presentations.
Assisting with personal tasks as needed to support the director.
Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Attending meetings to take notes and assist with follow-up actions.
