Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of agenda, minutes and presentations to Board of Directors (BOD)
Maintains MD schedule; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Maintenance of the company's register and minutes book, preparing and attending to various corporate documents and filling of all statutory documents with the relevant authorities or bodies and ensuring that all statutory deadlines are met.
Responsible for compliance with the corporate governance policies/requirements
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Executive Secretary or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience and able to work independently.
Full of initiative, sensitive to needs of your superior, good in follow up progressing tasks.
Good command in English, Malay, Mandarin or Hokkien possessing good communication and interpersonal skills.
Have driver license (D) and can travel outstation
WORK LOCATION: SERKAM HALAL-HUB
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
