Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate logistics during business trips (hotels, transport, documents).
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Attend meetings when required and handle minutes/follow-ups.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally.
Track and manage confidential documents and filing systems.
Assist in event coordination and corporate hospitality arrangements.
Ensure smooth flow of daily office administrative tasks.
Family & Personal Support Duties:
Manage family appointments (e.g., medical, school, social events).
Handle travel planning for family members (flights, visas, accommodations).
Oversee household matters (e.g., maintenance scheduling, service providers).
Purchase personal items or gifts, manage personal errands.
Maintain confidentiality and security regarding personal and family matters.
Liaise with family staff (e.g., drivers, domestic helpers) and ensure coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent command of English and [Insert Local Language, if applicable].
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Able to travel or work outside normal hours when needed.
High level of flexibility and adaptability.
