Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/DIPLOMA level in any field or equivalent.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management.
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, solid organization and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • MS Office and English proficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Working hours 9am-6pm.
  • Working days on Monday-Friday only.
  • Leaves on weekends and public holidays.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Area Langkap.

  • Have car license
