Manage the Audit Manager's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Serve as a point of contact to coordinate communications between departments and external clients.
2. Business & Financial Support
Under the direction of senior staff, carrying out on-site audit activities and ensuring timely completion.
Monitor audit and reporting deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
3. Task Monitoring & Follow-Up
Monitor outstanding tasks and provide reminders to ensure they are completed on time.
Keep checklists for recurring duties and reporting schedules up to date.
Ensure accurate documentation and supporting materials are submitted as required.
4. Other Duties
Handle other tasks as requested by the Audit Manager.
Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Must be Chinese (for communication with manager and clients)
Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Takes ownership of work with a strong sense of responsibility
Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail
Possess a valid driving license and able to drive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
