Certificate / Diploma holders / Bachelor's Degree in business Studies / Admin/ Finance / Accounting / Banking/ Human Resources are encourage to apply Possess a high level of responsibility and commitment. Job Responsibilities:

Assisting the Manager/Director in administering the day-to-day operations of the Company Liaise with the Manager/Director when necessary on the status, progress, critical issue and other matters on Company's matters. Perform office internal admin duties. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and maintaining confidentiality. Scheduling and Time Management: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and setting reminders for important tasks and deadlines. To undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required
