Job description

  • Support the MD / CEO with a high standard of executive assistance
  • Support in daily administration, schedule management, meeting and travel arrangement.
  • Draft meeting agenda and record meeting minutes, provide support to the MD / CEO in meeting logistics, prepare meeting presentation and resources.
  • Work closely with all business units to coordinate business activities as necessary
  • Manage MD / CEO\'s personal social media pages for company branding purposes
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met on a timely basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility
  • Willing to travel and attend off-hour events when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in other Asian language will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently as well as in teams
  • Able to opearte with a sense of urgency and discipline
  • Strong proficiency in English to meet business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
