About Our Client:
Our client is a public listed company in the manufacturing industry that provides semiconductor packaging and testing services. They make and test electronic components that go into devices like smartphones, computers, and other electronic products.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up, arrange and coordinate meeting, and update meeting schedule timely.
  • Take minutes of meeting and circulate timely. Follow up on outstanding items.
  • Monitor CFO email and send reply to sender timely.
  • Follow up outstanding items pending from the respective HOD and monitor dateline.
  • Handle, sorting and manage daily documents/emails required GCFO clearance and approval. Prioritize those documents with due date. Pass to GCFO to approve, to ensure complete on time.
Job Requirements:
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Hands-on working experience as a Personal Assistant for C suite in PLC or large corporate firms is highly advantageous.
  • Possesses sound English writing correspondences.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable but not compulsory.
  • Has own transport and is available as and when required.
  • Detail orientated, proactive, flexible and is highly adaptable under any circumstances.
Remuneration:
MYR 8,000 - MYR 10,000
