Job Description

Job Scope:
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial andadministrative support and services to the Managing Director andthe organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Maintain schedules, calendars and coordinate and follow up ondaily duties and files.
Arrange and schedule appointments, departmental meetings,and management meetings.
Take, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
Organise internal and external events.
Coordinate specific outsourcing activities.
Screen telephone calls and handle incoming mails and faxes.
Maintain office systems including data arrangement and filing.
Special related duties.

Competency:
High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality ofsensitive information.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levelof people.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English Language
Computer literate with Microsoft Office
Problem solving skills
