Position: Personal Assistant
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000 + Free Meals
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: No. 5A (1st Floor), Jalan U1/1, Taman Universiti, 35900 Tanjong Malim
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide full administrative and personal support to the Founder.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle both business and personal matters efficiently.
You will act as the primary point of contact for the Founder, ensuring that all daily operations, appointments, and communications are managed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage and organize the Founder's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and important activities.
2) Arrange travel plans such as flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
3) Drive the Founder to required destinations and ensure all trips run smoothly.
4) Assist with personal matters such as purchases, deliveries, and daily errands.
5) Handle communications (messages, emails, calls) on behalf of the Founder in a professional manner.
6) Prepare and update documents, reports, and materials for meetings and presentations.
7) Organize and maintain important files and records for easy access.
8) Efficiently use digital tools such as laptops, computers, and smartphones to perform daily tasks.
9) Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
10) Maintain confidentiality of all company and personal information at all times.
11) Be willing to work outside regular office hours if required for urgent matters or important events.
12) Support event management involving the Founder, such as seminars, recording sessions, or official meetings.
13) Prepare meeting minutes to ensure all tasks and follow-ups are completed according to schedule.
14) Assist in preparing presentation slides, proposals, or official documents when needed.
Requirements
1) Possess a valid driving license and able to drive the Founder when required.}
2) Highly organized, punctual, and professional in managing time and responsibilities.
3) Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
5) Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
