Position: Personal Assistant
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000 + Free Meals
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: No. 5A (1st Floor), Jalan U1/1, Taman Universiti, 35900 Tanjong Malim, Perak
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Founder.
The ideal candidate will ensure daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, handling communication, and assisting in both office and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage and organize the Founder's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and key activities.
2) Arrange travel plans such as flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
3) Drive the Founder to required destinations and ensure safe, smooth travel arrangements.
4) Assist with personal errands such as shopping, item delivery, and other daily tasks.
5) Handle messages, calls, and emails on behalf of the Founder in a professional manner.
6) Prepare and update documents, reports, and meeting materials when required.
7) Maintain well-organized files and records for easy access and tracking.
8) Utilize digital tools such as laptops, computers, and smartphones efficiently for daily tasks.
9) Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and the internal team to ensure work coordination.
10) Uphold confidentiality of both company and personal information at all times.
11) Be available to work beyond office hours when required for urgent matters or events.
12) Support the planning and coordination of events involving the Founder, such as seminars, recording sessions, or official meetings.
13) Prepare minutes of meetings to ensure all tasks are followed up according to the timeline.
14) Assist in preparing presentation slides, proposals, or official documents when needed.
Requirements
1) Minimum Diploma in Administration, Management, or related fields (SPM graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
2) Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Executive is an advantage.
3) Possess a valid driving license (D) and able to drive the Founder when required.
4) Willing to work flexible hours if required.
