Provide exceptional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making.
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and etiquette.
Develop and implement effective organizational systems, streamlining processes and improving productivity within the team.
Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
Perform research to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO.
Provide administrative support to other members of the leadership team, as required.
Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport. Prepare travel expense reports and reimbursement claims.
Requirements
0-1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Business Admin / Management or any relevant field
Independent, responsible, meticulous and possess a good working attitude.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Willingness to travel, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas
Availability to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Sungai Long)
