Personal Assistant to CEO (Sales, AI & Project Support)

Job Overview:

We're looking for a

smart, proactive Personal Assistant

to support our CEO across multiple digital business teams--including sales, marketing, content, and AI-driven operations. This isn't just a typical PA role -- it's your stepping stone into

project management

.

You'll help manage weekly team reviews, track campaign data, follow up on key plans, and use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to find smart solutions before problems even reach the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly meeting packs (ad data, sales performance, creative updates) Track all action items and follow-ups from planning meetings Use AI tools to analyze data and suggest improvements Build trust with team leaders to surface internal feedback Create and update SOPs to improve team execution Support project timelines and keep everything moving smoothly
What We're Looking For:

Fast learner

who can keep up with new ideas and changing plans

AI-minded

-- already using tools like ChatGPT, Google Sheets AI, or similar

People-oriented

-- great at building rapport and reading between the lines Strong attention to detail and

follow-through mindset

Basic understanding of

sales & digital marketing

(you don't need to be an expert, but should know the basics)
Requirements:

At least

1-3 years

experience in admin, marketing, or operations Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Meta Ads (basic level is fine) Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to improve your work Strong written and verbal communication in

English & Malay

(Mandarin is a bonus) Based in Malaysia; available full-time during business hours
