Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document control, correspondence). Arrange appointments, schedules, and logistics. Support employee onboarding and offboarding (contracts, checklists, briefing materials). Assist with compliance matters related to Malaysian laws and regulations. Provide personal assistance and admin support to the Director. Help plan internal events, meetings, and team activities. Assist with documents for audits, government submissions, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the company complies with Malaysian legal requirements. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years' experience in admin or PA roles. Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and company regulations. Able to handle confidential matters professionally. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field. Able to speak and write Mandarin, Malay, and English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
