To provide full support to Director in managing day-to-day administrative and operations in the office.
Handling all secretarial and administrative tasks, which include manage Director's calendar, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangement.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact in a professional manner with all associates including management, departments and etc.
Preparation and compilation of minutes of meeting and business report.
Organize and prepare meeting materials and presentation for the Director.
Manage Director's personal affairs.
Perform other duties as assigned by Director from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Personal Director to CEO, Chairman or Managing Director.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the frozen food industry is required for this position.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively, initiative & positive problem solving-approach.
