Job Description

Want to learn all there is to learn about running a small business, particularly a jewelry business? We are looking for an all-rounder individual to personally assist the business owner on daily tasks and will get an inside look of what it's like running Poppylab. You will be given an opportunity to be closely involved in business coordination and executive-level tasks.

Responsibilities include:

administrative and correspondence support i.e. replying to customer queries, suppliers and/or vendors, document organization and other types of coordination operations and inventory support i.e. inventory count, packing, price labeling and coordinating with pop-up staff (where needed) ensure smooth execution of operational and administrative matters optional: opportunity to learn and pickup basic jewelry making other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:

we understand the need to balance work and personal commitments, and so this role is PART TIME and flexible. This means that you are able to choose the hours you would like to complete your tasks (to be discussed once confirmed) requirement is a minimum of 15 hours a week (up to 25 hours/week), depending on your availability (required: one afternoon a week at the Poppylab home studio in Bandar Sri Damansara) proficient in basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Drive responsible, detail-oriented and hard working with a good attitude good interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English is a must willingness to learn able to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion willingness to travel (within Selangor/Kuala Lumpur only) is an added advantage
Benefits:
