We Excellent Aluminium & Glass is looking for a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the company's Director in managing day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and business coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced construction and fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist in preparing quotations, project documents, and follow-up on progress reports.
Manage travel arrangements, expense claims, and filing systems.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned to support management and daily operations.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role (experience in construction/aluminium & glass industry is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good command of English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
