This role is for someone who wants to go beyond admin.
1. Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and prioritisation.
2. Coordinate client meetings, networking events, and business
3. Assist with project follow-ups, execution, tracking
4. Research and compile data/information needed
5. Assist in preparing client presentations
6. Assist in preparing of marketing initiatives eg. Digital
7. Manage special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Managing Director
8. Diploma or Degree
9. Own transport
10. Preferably for those who can speak Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
