Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks; follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD.

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes and action items.

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.

2. Travel & Logistics

Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for local and international trips.

Handle all logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.

Ensure all travel plans align with the MD's preferences and work commitments.

3. Communication & Coordination

Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, and staff on behalf of the MD.

Act as a gatekeeper and manage the MD's time effectively.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.

4. Confidential Support

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.

Prepare confidential documents, contracts, and reports when required.

5. Office & Project Management

Assist in project coordination and tracking key deliverables.

Maintain and update administrative systems to ensure efficient workflow.

Support in organizing company events, executive off-sites, and board meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
