Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a reliable and structured Personal Assistant to assist our Managing Director (MD) with routine tasks. The PA will also assist the MD with managing and authorizing critical items such as banking and payroll.

Job Responsibilities

Manage MD's schedule, meetings, travel, and coordinate with personal driver Act as key liaison for MD across departments and stakeholders Draft letters, slides, minutes, and confidential documents Conduct research to support MD's strategic planning Good communication and organizational skills. Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information. Responsible for preparing correspondence/proposal/investor update papers on behalf of the director as and when required Ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Requirements

Possess a minimum Certificate in Secretarial Studies or a Diploma, with over 5 years of relevant experience in Business Administration, Personal Assistance, Secretarial support, or related fields. Demonstrated track record as a Personal Assistant to Managing Director or in a comparable role. Prior experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Technologically proficient, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and scheduling tools. Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong diary management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead proactively

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
