Job descriptions:



To provide high level administrative and secretarial support to Director, designated committees and work groups. Manage the Director 's diary and arrange meetings. Provide administrative and clerical support to the meetings. General administrative assistance of office policies and manuals. Assist Director to organize the workflow and follow up action delegated by Director . This role involves working closing with the Director and all staffs in the Group.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Able to work 5.5 days. At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent work attitude, project management experience is an added advantage. Good Time Management and multi-tasking skills. Required language(s):

BAHASA MALAYSIA, ENGLISH, MANDARIN. Required to handle Chinese Speaking Clients.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Taman OUG: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Mandarin (Preferred) Bahasa (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
