Requirements
Possess a valid driver's license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal driver.
Familiarity with routes in and around Ampang, Selangor, and the Klang Valley.
Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules.
Demonstrated discipline and professionalism in conduct and appearance.
Willingness to undertake outstation assignments as required.
Ability to maintain the vehicle in a clean and well-maintained condition.
Must be punctual and reliable, ensuring timely arrival at designated locations.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Safely and punctually transport the employer and/or designated passengers to various locations, including appointments, meetings, and social events, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing, ensuring a presentable and comfortable environment.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring fluid levels (oil, water, windshield washer), tire pressure, and brake condition, and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, weather forecasts, and construction delays, utilizing navigation apps and local knowledge to optimize travel time and ensure timely arrival at destinations, including outstation locations.
Provide a high level of professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business affairs, and interacting with passengers and the public in a courteous and respectful manner.
Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, understand instructions, provide updates, and interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds. (Mandarin and Cantonese if knew would be added bonus).
