Requirements
Valid driving license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal or executive driver (preferred)
Familiar with local roads, highways, and navigation apps
Physically fit, punctual, and responsible
Trustworthy with strong sense of discretion
Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
Responsibilities
Driving & Transportation
Safely drive the employer to and from appointments, meetings, events, and personal engagements
Plan routes in advance to ensure punctuality and avoid traffic delays
Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
Vehicle Management
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition
Conduct regular checks on fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, and overall vehicle safety
Arrange vehicle servicing, inspections, insurance renewals, and repairs when necessary
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respectful conduct at all times
Dress neatly and maintain a polite, courteous manner
Additional Support Duties
Assist with errands, document collection, or deliveries when required
Wait on standby during meetings or events
Support light administrative or coordination tasks if requested
