Job Summary

The Personal Driver to the CEO is responsible for providing reliable, safe, and efficient transportation for the CEO for both business and occasional personal matters. This role requires high professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and the ability to manage routes and schedules efficiently while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities1. Chauffeur Duties

Drive the CEO to and from office, meetings, events, and other required destinations. Ensure punctuality, route planning, and timely arrival using GPS or real-time navigation tools. Assist with loading/unloading items, documents, or luggage as needed. Remain on standby during CEO's meetings and appointments.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

Maintain the cleanliness and excellent condition of the vehicle at all times (interior & exterior). Conduct regular vehicle checks: fuel, water, tyres, brakes, lights, and general roadworthiness. Coordinate and schedule servicing, repairs, inspection, and insurance renewal. Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety policies.

3. Administrative & Support Tasks

Manage daily and weekly driving schedules provided by CEO/PA/Office Manager. Keep accurate records of mileage, tolls, petrol usage, and maintenance expenses. Handle errands or deliveries for the CEO when required. Maintain confidentiality of all destinations, conversations, and information heard during duty.

4. Professional Conduct

Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Exhibit discretion, respect, and loyalty towards the CEO and company. Practice defensive driving and ensure the CEO's safety as top priority.

Requirements & Qualifications

Possess a valid driving license (Class D/DA) with clean driving record. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal driver or corporate driver, preferably for top management/executives. Familiar with Klang Valley/Malaysia routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and time management. Able to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call when required. Physically fit with good eyesight and alertness. Ability to maintain high confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Additional Preferences (Optional)

Experience driving luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc.). Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
