Experience

At least 10-15 years of experience as a personal driver.

Prior experience in security, police, armed forces, or bodyguard work preferred

Education / Qualification

Minimum Diploma or equivalent (higher qualification is an advantage). Formal security or protection training is an added benefit.

Skills / Competencies

Valid driving license (Class D / B2 if motorcycle required). Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations. Trained in defensive driving and evasive driving (preferred). Basic self-defense skills and ability to handle security threats. Good communication skills, disciplined, and discreet.

Physical / Personal Attributes

Physically fit, alert, and with strong situational awareness. Professional appearance and demeanor. High integrity, loyalty, and commitment. Able to work long or irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

Driving Duties

Safely drive the employer, family members, or designated persons to and from destinations. Maintain the vehicle in clean, roadworthy, and presentable condition at all times. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedule. Plan routes, avoid traffic congestion, and ensure punctuality. Handle minor vehicle troubleshooting and arrange for servicing when required.

Bodyguard / Security Duties

Ensure personal safety and security of the employer at all times. Conduct advance security checks at locations before employer's arrival. Monitor surroundings for potential risks or suspicious activities. Escort employer during movements in public areas, events, or business functions. Respond quickly and effectively in case of emergency or security threat. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding employer's personal and professional matters.

General Duties

Run errands and assist with logistical arrangements. Maintain close communication with employer and follow instructions promptly. Uphold high discipline, professionalism, and loyalty at all times.
