Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company executives or designated personnel to meetings, events, and official appointments.

Ensure safe and timely transportation according to the executive's daily schedule.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the assigned company vehicle at all times.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and schedule regular maintenance or repairs.

Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and manage time effectively.

Strictly maintain the confidentiality of all business-related discussions and activities.

Assist with carrying briefcases, presentation materials, or other company-related items as needed.

Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, tolls, and other expenses.

Stand by during working hours and be available for overtime or after-hours duty when necessary.

Comply with company policies, traffic rules, and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a company or executive driver.

Familiar with local road networks and traffic patterns.

Well-groomed and professional appearance.

High level of integrity, discretion, and punctuality.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
