Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and functionality, ensuring it is always in safe, working condition.
Plan efficient travel routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
Monitor and schedule regular vehicle maintenance, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to the Admin Department promptly.
Adhere to the vehicle's upkeep schedule, ensuring it is always well-maintained and prepared for daily use.
Manage transportation requirements efficiently, handling urgent or ad hoc requests with flexibility.
Maintain availability and punctuality during working hours, ensuring you are reachable for any transportation needs.
