Job Description

• Proven experience as a company driver or in a similar role, preferably working with high-level executives or directors.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and provide translation during daily trips
• Assist other departments with business-related travel needs.
• Familiar in using related navigation applications
• Take care and ensure the vehicle under your custody always clean, safe and ready for use.
• Perform any other duties/responsibilities from time to time.
• To drive the Chairman/family members and operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner on the road.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends & public holidays to accommodate schedule.
• Assist in the office work when the chairman does not require driving.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Assist the Chairman with loading/unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
• Provide assistance to the Director as required, such as running errands or performing occasional administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other expenses.
• Must be able to perform other duties as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
• Familiar with Malaysia and Singapore roads and has a good sense of direction.
• Plan, organize extensive travel and accommodation when required
• Assist with Household matters such as maids, and upkeep & maintenance of personal properties & cars.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Take care of the Chairman\'s bungalow and ensure that the areas inside and outside are well maintained
• Must be willing to work according to Chairman schedule
• With good teamwork ability, interpersonal ability, strong ability to work under pressure and the ability to solve complex problems.
