• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends & public holidays to accommodate schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport to and from various locations, including the office, meetings, appointments, and personal errands.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, respecting the privacy and confidentiality.
• Ensure the safety and comfort while driving, including adjusting the vehicle\'s climate, music volume and seat settings as per their preferences.
• Using Waze navigation app to plan and execute efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, including regular cleaning, refueling, and scheduling necessary repairs or maintenance services.
• Familiarity with the daily schedule and adapt driving routes accordingly to accommodate last-minute changes or unexpected events.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, groceries and other items as needed.
• Keep the vehicle in pristine condition, both inside and out, ensuring it presents a professional image at all times.
• Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude when interacting.
• Stay updated on traffic laws and regulations, and ensure compliance at all times.
• Possess excellent communication skills to relay information effectively and promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming.
• Report in advance or immediately if you are unable to turn up to work in advanced.
