Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dependable Personal Driver to provide transportation services for the Company Corporate. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and comfortable travel while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. The Personal Driver will be responsible for managing the director's daily travel needs, vehicle maintenance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Services:

Safely drive the Company Corporate to and from meetings, events, and other appointments, ensuring timely arrivals and comfort during travel.

Route Planning:

Plan and navigate the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and the Corporate's schedule.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

Ensure the company car is properly maintained, clean, and well-fueled at all times. Arrange for regular maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs as needed.

Confidentiality:

Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding the Corporate's personal and professional affairs, ensuring privacy is respected at all times.

Scheduling & Flexibility:

Adapt to the Corporate's dynamic schedule, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Assist with Luggage/Errands:

Help with carrying personal items or luggage, and assist with errands, such as picking up documents or packages as requested.

Emergency Management:

Be prepared for any emergency situations (e.g., accidents or car issues) and handle them calmly and professionally.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company guidelines regarding safety and driving protocols.

Vehicle Reporting:

Keep detailed records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs. Report any issues with the vehicle promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience as a personal driver, executive chauffeur, or in a similar role, with a clean driving record.

Driver's License:

Valid, clean driving record with valid driving license.

Vehicle Knowledge:

Comfortable with driving various vehicles, including high-end or luxury cars.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of traffic laws, route planning, GPS navigation, and using mobile apps for travel management.

Flexibility:

Ability to adapt to the director's changing schedule and work hours.

Discretion:

High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness, especially when dealing with personal matters or sensitive information.
