Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Saturday and Sunday: On standby for ad hoc travel (overtime pay will be provided).

Salary

- RM 1,700 per month (excluding overtime).

1. Daily Driving Duties

- Drive the director to and from work, meetings, and other appointments as instructed.

- Ensure timely arrival at all destinations.

2. Standby for Ad-Hoc Travel:

- Be on standby during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for any last-minute travel requests.

3. Vehicle Maintenance and Care:

- Ensure the company vehicle is always clean, in good condition, and well-maintained.

- Regularly check the vehicle's engine, oil, tyres, and other components to ensure safety.

- Arrange for servicing and repairs as needed.

4. Safety and Compliance

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.

- Practice defensive driving to minimize risks during travel.

5. Confidentiality

- Maintain the confidentiality of all travel-related matters and the director's personal or professional activities.

6. Other Responsibilities

- Run errands and handle other tasks as assigned by the director.

- Keep records of mileage and travel expenses, if required.

Requirements

1. Qualifications

- Must be a Malaysian (Man and Malay only).

- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.

2. Driving Experience

- At least 2 years of professional driving experience as a personal driver.

- Possess a valid Malaysian Class D (full) Driving License with a clean driving record.

3. Skills

- Familiarity with the roads and locations in Melaka and Johor and surrounding areas.

- Good time management and punctuality.

- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Personal Traits

- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional in conduct.

- Physically fit with a neat and presentable appearance.

- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Work Location

- The candidate must reside in Melaka but ready to travel inter-state daily (Melaka -Johor and etc)

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
