Duties & Responsibilities

Safely transport the Employer, designated persons, and/or goods to assigned destinations as instructed. Proactively monitor traffic conditions and plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid delays. Able to travel outstation or cross-border to Singapore when required (no travel allowance provided). Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and personal information of the Employer. Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times. Monitor and ensure the vehicle's servicing, insurance, and road tax are up to date. Operate the vehicle safely in full compliance with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Run errands such as collecting or delivering documents, parcels, company assets, or purchasing meals and other items as required. Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, packages, or other items when needed. Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the Employer promptly. Maintain a log of daily travel, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance records when required. Remain courteous, professional, and discreet when interacting with Employer's family members, guests, or company associates. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Employer from time to time.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal or company driver. Proven experience driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Excellent driving skills with a good sense of direction and familiarity with routes within Klang Valley and cross-border routes to Singapore. Knowledge of cross-border regulations (Immigration, Customs, etc.) between Malaysia and Singapore. Physically fit and able to assist with luggage or packages. Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility. Maintains a neat and presentable appearance at all times. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required. Able to remain calm and composed under pressure or during last-minute schedule changes. Basic understanding of vehicle troubleshooting and emergency response is an added advantage.
