\xc2\xb7 Personal Driver to the Director\xe2\x80\x99s and family. \xc2\xb7 Drive Director\xe2\x80\x99s for both official business and personal appointments. \xc2\xb7 The work description of a personal driver may also involve dropping off and picking up of the Director\xe2\x80\x99s family members, friends or business associates from events, meetings, airports and etc. \xc2\xb7 To be proactive assisting and escorting Director\xe2\x80\x99s whenever and wherever required. \xc2\xb7 Consider alternative routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide best route and best time to travel to ensure smooth journey. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the safety and timeliness of the drive. Drive at a speed that is reasonable and safe. \xc2\xb7 Ensure car is clean at all times inside and outside parts as well as ensure its functionality. This includes washing and cleaning of the assigned vehicles. \xc2\xb7 Carry out routine inspection before and after daily use of the car to ensure good condition of the car. \xc2\xb7 Send car for scheduled service maintenance on time and safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the Director\xe2\x80\x99s car(s). \xc2\xb7 To abide the road and traffic laws rules and regulations laid down by the state authorities to avoid any mishaps/ accidents. \xc2\xb7 Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours. \xc2\xb7 To assist in administrative and dispatch work whenever required to perform ad-hoc assignments from time to time. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to refill petrol / Touch N Go/ mineral water when necessary. \xc2\xb7 To scout locations carefully, anticipate potentially hostile situations and reacts quickly to keep Company Director\xe2\x80\x99s out of a potentially dangerous area. JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xc2\xb7 Possess a valid class D driving license & B2 & identity card. \xc2\xb7 Do not have any previous disciplinary records or criminal records or previous traffic offenses. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of self-defenses techniques/martial arts/protective training from physical harm is an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Malaysia roads and has a good sense of direction (know how to use Waze). \xc2\xb7 Must be good in punctuality, discipline, and patience. \xc2\xb7 EX-ARMED FORCES / EX-POLICE / CERTIFIED BODYGUARD preference. \xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Management. \xc2\xb7 Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc. \xc2\xb7 Willing to drive long-distance (KL- Outstation), might be required to overnight at outstation. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work night, overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
