Duties & Responsibilities

1. Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions.

2. Safely drive the Director's family members, visitors, business partners, and associates to and from places authorized by the Director / Director's Office

3. Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the Director all time during working hours, outstation and on stand-by time slot as designated.

4. Safely keep receipts for tolls, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance, and other records and reports concerning the employer's car and travel.

5. Carry out routine inspections on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.

6. To deliver and collect documents/miscellaneous items on behalf of Director as and whedn required.

7. Drive and control the vehicle with safe and prudent manner, compliance with all applicable safety laws

8. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take (good with Waze / Google Map applications).

9. Ensure all vehicles at premise are in good and clean condition which includes car washing, vacuum and polishing.

10. Remind HR Department renewal of road tax and car insurance motor vehicles,

11. Perform all duties assigned honestly, diligently, and professionally as well as keep company information strictly confidential at all times also reacts quickly to emergency situations

12. To perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
