- Minimum SPM with 5 passes, preferably Diploma or Degree
- Candidate should be able to communicate in English and Mandarin as this candidate will be engaging with stakeholders
- Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service experience.
- License and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE etc) is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding customer's financial needs and concerns
- Help them by providing the most suitable financial solution/banking product
- To proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic income scheme + Allowance + High commission
- Annual leave, medical and insurance coverage
- Comprehensive training and guided advisory
- Career progression within the bank
