If you possess the following qualities, we invite you to be a part of our team: Role description SEN/ PLA teachers involves working closely with teachers and students to provide one-on-one or small group assistance, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and support to meet their educational goals. It also dedicated professional responsible for providing specialized education and support to students with disabilities or exceptionalities. This role involves tailoring instruction, accommodations, and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities Develop engaging lesson plans and materials. Implement effective teaching methods to enhance students\' abilities. Observe and report on clients\' progress. Inspire and support teenagers facing learning challenges. Demonstrate patience, understanding, and adaptability. Exhibit strong self-discipline and time management skills. Collaborate closely with special needs children. Work in tandem with other professionals for case discussions. Maintain effective and professional communication with parents regarding their child\'s progress. Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly IEP (Individualized Education Program). Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss the child\'s progress. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor/Master\'s degree in Special Needs Education, Psychology, or Early Childhood Education. Fresh graduates & Internship students are highly welcome Ability to teach and support using creative, fun, and nurturing methods. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Must have own transportation. Genuine enjoyment in working with children
