Job Responsibilities:

1.

Personalized Training & Coaching ???????

Provide one-on-one coaching and ensure clients use proper exercise form and technique

Tailor training programs to meet the goals of slimming and body conditioning clients

2.

Client Relationship & Progress Monitoring ?????????

Record and monitor client progress weekly and adjust programs accordingly

????????????????????

Liaise with clients to provide feedback, motivation, and follow-up support

Build rapport to improve retention and customer satisfaction

3. Sales Target Support ??????

Support the wellness consultant during client consultations and upselling?????????????????

Maintain service quality that leads to high client conversion and retention??????????????????

Help collect feedback, reviews, and testimonials for marketing purposes??????????????????

4.

Gym Environment & Equipment Maintenance ??????????

Ensure gym is always clean, safe, and equipment is properly maintained

??????????????????

Report faulty equipment and oversee minor upkeep if needed

?????????????????

5.

Fitness Trends & Professional Growth ?????????

Stay updated with current fitness trends and incorporate new techniques

??????????????????

Attend relevant workshops or trainings as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience of working experiences in

Personal Trainer

Detail oriented, reliable, proactive. A team player and possess open mindset. Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
