About the role:

We are looking for a highly creative, energetic, and trend-aware individual to be the

Director's Personal Videographer and Personal Assistant

. This unique role combines content creation with executive support. You'll be capturing the Director's daily activities, producing high-quality videos for social media, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as a trusted right-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Content Creation

Shoot and edit videos, reels, and other multimedia content for the Director's personal and professional social media channels. Follow the Director on events, meetings, travels, and daily activities to capture engaging content. Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and creative content strategies. Ensure content is polished, professional, yet personal and authentic.
Personal Assistant Duties

Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist with correspondence, emails, and communications as needed. Handle personal errands and other ad hoc tasks to support the Director's daily workflow. Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in videography, video editing, or social media content creation. Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.). Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Videographer: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
