The Pet Consultant will be responsible for providing advice and recommendations to pet owners on products and services, assisting with pet selection, offering guidance on pet care and nutrition, and providing customer service to clients. The Pet Consultant will need to have a passion for pets and be able to communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications Experience working with pets and/or in the pet industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to give advice and recommendations on products and services Knowledge of pet care and nutrition Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Post-secondary education or certification in animal science or a related field is preferred
