Key Responsibilities
Assist with pet farewell arrangements, cremations, handovers, and body care
Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients at the service centre
Handle post-service tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and administrative duties
Ensure services are conducted safely, respectfully, and in line with company standards
Requirements
Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
Willingness to learn, resilience, and ability to handle unexpected situations
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Love for animals is a plus
No prior experience required (comprehensive training provided)
