Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and securely. Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily sales reports. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Restock merchandise and ensure the store is clean and organized. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Report and document any incidents, damages, or issues affecting operations. Assist with training new staff and ensuring adherence to station policies. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:



SPM or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in cashiering, preferably in retail or service industries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
