Transfer, Standardize DMO QnR Systems, implement QIP with associated business processes during startup and sustaining. Create Site and VF Quality Dashboards to track critical quality indicators for Fab, C4 and TSVR spaces Lead Factory Quality Meetings with local QnR and Yield Managers, drive Quality agenda, track metrics and share local Bright Spots to continuously drive standardization across DMO. Attend Factory Ops meeting, maintain the Finger on pulse of Factory Quality and report Line Yield at the appropriate site meetings. Engage with Area Manager, Engineers, and technicians to proactively identify and resolve Quality risk areas. Drive hard fixes to repeat Quality issues, share learnings, and implement best known methods. Drive Quality culture campaigns, instill FMEA culture, create excitement and awareness to drive preventative fixes. Partner with site module and management teams for alignment on priorities and resources. Manage and maintain the SPEED Shared Learning Module, bring shared learnings to the appropriate site Quality Meetings and drive QnR systems training across factory staff. Manage and maintain site Internal and External Audit Program and drive action closure, copy exact fixes at their site. Familiarity of ISO industry standards Own, set standards, audit, and drive improvements across Quality Systems like excursion management, containment/Traceability , QnR specs, Yoda Creek, Virtual inking The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Strong Program Management and effective verbal and written communication. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or Engineering Management. 7+ years of experience with high volume Manufacturing systems and at least a year of experience across Factory production or management teams. Comfortable with data extraction tools, building quality KPI\'s, factory dashboards. Familiar with ISO standards and writing/delivering technical manuals. Comfortable presenting across multiple levels of the factory - technician to Sr. Vice President levels. Preferred qualifications: Strong data analysis, visualization, and scripting skills. Familiarity with SQL, Crystal ball, JMP, JSL, etc. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, or Test Engineering role Familiarity with industry standards (ISO9001, JEDEC) and problem-solving techniques Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
