Job Description
Reporting to Southern Sales Supervisor, you are responsible to identify, maintain and expand business opportunities in the whole of Melaka and northern Johor, by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of a specific therapeutic area and strong business acumen to achieve sales thresholds.
- Develop short and long-term medical sales strategies and implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
- Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, and gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and emphasise saleable features/customer benefits
- Record sales data and maintain customer data in customer relationship management databases
- Enhance sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to improve sales targets
- Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably in a scientific or medical-related field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in hospital, GP or pharmacy sales
- Have skills in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must have good communication in English
- Work in an international, receptive and transparent corporate culture
