Job Description

Contract duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (can be renewable)

Working location: Hybrid / Petaling Jaya

Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Basic range RM5,000 with statutory contribution

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development of a robust TPI risk management strategy, implementation, and ongoing execution to the strategy.
• Perform background searches on Third Party intermediaries (entities and individuals) using external screening tools.
• Report on findings to the local business and Compliance team.
• Assign global requests via the first in, first out methodology.
• Check requests in multiple languages, mainly in English and Mandarin.
• Check sanction lists and adverse media.
• Operationalize the Due Diligence tools and seek out system enhancements.
• Collaborate to access data and present metrics/dashboards to inform TPEC on number of searches/findings.
• Where necessary, support regional teams with red flag management, mitigation, and MAP management.
• Creatively support innovation and embrace new ways of working.
• Act as a role model for company Credo values, demonstrating honesty and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Experience in a compliance area (quality, regulatory, finance, HCC, or Privacy) would be beneficial
• Experience in screening reputational checks using screening tools
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries would be beneficial
• Project Management experience in a multi-national environment

Required Knowledge Skills, Abilities and Certifications

• Familiarity/experience with IT systems implementations would be beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
• Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously
