Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately and safely to customers.
Provide basic product information and guide customers on over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, and health supplements.
Manage prescription orders, verify details, and prepare medications for pharmacist approval.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of medicines according to pharmacy standards.
Monitor stock levels, perform stock checks, and assist in ordering and receiving goods.
Handle cashier duties, customer payments, and issuance of receipts.
Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and complies with safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in updating inventory records and managing expiry dates.
Support daily pharmacy operations such as answering customer inquiries, handling phone calls, and maintaining records.
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times

Working Hours : Mon - Sat 9am-7:30pm
Sun 9am - 5pm (1 day off per week)
