We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Pharmacist to develop, produce, and manage engaging health-related content across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, etc. You will combine your pharmacy expertise with content creation skills to educate, engage, and inspire our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, plan, and strategize video content across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) aligned with the company's health education and marketing objectives.
2. Create high-quality digital content related to health, nutrition, and pharmaceutical products, including articles, infographics, videos, and live sessions.
3. Communicate medical and health information in a way that is easy to understand for the general public.
4. Stay updated with social media trends, challenges, and cultural movements to maintain fresh and engaging health content for diverse audiences.
5. Conduct research on the latest trends in health, nutrition, and pharmacy to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and marketing team to gather medical insights, product knowledge, and develop content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
7. Host or supervise live sessions for special events, campaigns, and e-commerce promotions, ensuring high-quality delivery, professional pharmacy representation, and compliance with medical regulations.
8. Engage with social media followers, monitor comments, and manage community engagement by responding to health-related questions and feedback across all platforms, including email, social media, and live chat.
9. Ensure all content is factually accurate, supported by scientific evidence, and complies with pharmacy regulations and health claims guidelines.
10. Support physical and offline marketing & promotional events, including outlets and members' day campaigns, by providing professional health insights.
11. Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by management to support digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and registered with Pharmacy Board Malaysia (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia).
2. Strong understanding of health, wellness, and pharmaceutical products.
3. Experience or interest in social media content creation, particularly short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
5. Ability to translate complex medical concepts into simple, engaging content for a general audience.
6. Creative, trend-aware, and able to generate engaging ideas.
7. Basic video editing skills and confidence in presenting on camera for videos and live sessions.
8. Strong attention to compliance with health and medical regulations.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
