Key Responsibilities

Attend to queries, screen prescriptions, and fulfill/dispense all poison-related orders (walk-in, online, referral-based, panel, etc.). Manage poison-related inventory and oversee non-poison/OTC inventory at the outlet. Counsel customers on medication use, dosage, and possible side effects. Maintain proper records for Poison B, Poison C, and Pseudoephedrine drugs. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements as a

License A Holder

. Conduct health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol tests). Deliver excellent customer service and assist in member registration at the POS. Manage supplier communications: issue RFQs, email POs, complete GRNs, and update records. Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and handle product returns/exchanges with suppliers. Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts (outright & consignment items). Coordinate monthly promotions and participate in booth sales to drive outlet performance. Ensure outlet operations comply with management schedules, SOPs, and safety protocols. Manage daily cash handling, float accuracy, and weekly bank deposits. Oversee price updates, display compliance, and monthly outlet reporting. Supervise product arrangement and ensure proper FEFO stock rotation. Participate in product training, supplier briefings, and continuous learning initiatives. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

from a recognized institution.

Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia

and holds a valid

Type A License

. Good understanding of

Poison Act

Pharmacy Regulations

, and

GDP standards

. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to participate in sales activities and promotions.
